A very pleasant surprise visit on Saturday, February 6th from classmate Jerry Parsons.  Jerry is traveling across country with his
90 year old mother and stopped in Slidell, Louisiana to visit his brother who lives in the area.  We had a very enjoyable visit with a lot of reminiscing of our days at Jefferson Jr. High and Highland High and the Turtles Car Club we enjoyed during our time at Highland.  Parsons currently lives in Phoenix, but will be moving back to Albuquerque this year prior to the 50th reunion; he also has been involved with this class web site over the last 10 years and I thank him for all his assistance.
